How do I schedule a message to be sent later?

  • We are working on this and it should be available shortly. Please check back for updates.

I need more characters in a message, can I remove my group name from all messages?

I want to add a sub group but when I click add no dropdown list appears.

Troubleshooting

Why does the “&” symbol take up so many characters?

  • The cell phone industry uses certain character standards for different symbols, and this is one of them. To avoid the character usage, try using the word “and” or the letter “n.”

I just created a group, but I’m not receiving confirmation codes.

  • Be patient, some confirmation codes take longer then others depending on what carrier you have and what time of day it is. If you are short for time and can’t wait, when you get the confirmation code simply come back to the website and you will be able to start where you left off. Not all cell phones come with text messaging, usually it's a feature that has to be added to a voice plan. If you are unsure whether you have this feature on your phone, the best way to find out is to contact your service provider and ask them. (Receiving email on a phone through a data plan or a BlackBerry type service does not mean you that you have text messaging) Make sure you have entered in your correct mobile cell phone number. (networkText does not work with land lines, so don't try to send a confirmation code with one.)
If you are still having problems with receiving a text message on your phone, please contact us at support@networktext.com

Can I pay to not have text messaging ads?

  • We are working on this, check back for it!
